An Employment Facilitator will assist you in developing self-marketing strategies and will provide you with individual support & regular feedback throughout the job search process. ACE will assist you to: * Employ effective, results-oriented job search techniques * Establish & expand strong professional networks * Develop an effective resume & cover letter * Conduct successful interviews, including preparation & effective follow-up The ACE Program offers continuous intakes for our full Job Club & selected workshops. Clients will start within one week of intake completion. The total Job Club, including all workshops, is 2 weeks in duration. Eligibility: You must * Unemployed or under-employed & looking for work; * Be legally entitled to work in Canada; * Be committed to an active, well planned job-search process; * Have a clear, attainable job goal; * Be comfortable working in a group setting; * Be receiving “employment counselling” services from a designated Employment Counsellor.
