- NORTH SHORE SELF-EMPLOYMENT (NS-SE) PROGRAM
Type of Program or Service:
- A 48-week program designed to assist participants to plan, implement, launch and operate a viable business idea.
The NS-SE Program provides 8 weeks (100+ hours) of "hands-on" business planning & skills development workshops, together with 40 weeks of Business Advisor support to implement a 1st year Business Plan including the initial set-up, launch & unfolding of marketing, sales, production , financial management and administrative operations strategies.
Eligibility: Open to persons with EI/EI exhaustee status planning to start a business. Our one week "Exploring Self-Employment" program is highly recommended prior to submitting an application for the Self-Employment program.
